Frequently Asked Questions

We take the logistical headache out of planning multi-destination and custom trips. Instead of spending days trying to match up flights, hotels and train times yourself, we bundle everything into a single package. Tell us your dream destinations, and our team will handle the connections behind the scenes so you don’t end up with awkward gaps between stops.

Yes. We’re an independent travel agency that puts together flights, hotels and transit routes as a single, fully customised package. You can choose a ready-made itinerary from our website, or ask our team to build one from scratch.

It’s simple: you choose the places you want to see, and we handle the logistics behind the scenes. We bundle everything into one booking so your travel days line up without any gaps. Pick a pre-made itinerary from our site, or call us to build a custom route from scratch.

Standard packages can be booked online. Choose your destination, pick your dates and book. For a larger multi-city trip, we’d recommend calling our team directly. It’s safer to have us manually check flight connections and hotel transfers across different time zones, so everything lines up properly.

Yes, standard trips and twin-centre packages can be booked on our website instantly. If your itinerary includes three or more stops, our system will prompt you to speak to our planning team first, so we can check the route details and make sure everything connects properly.

We offer a range of holiday options, including multi-centre holidays, twin-centre holidays, tailor-made holidays and destination-based trips, so you can build a holiday around your preferred destinations, interests and travel style.

Rather than staying in one resort for two weeks, a multi-centre holiday lets you hop between different cities or islands on a single trip. We link the whole route together into one booking, so all you need to do is pack and go.

Yes, this is exactly what we do. We put together multi-stop routes from scratch, for example flying into New York and home from Miami via a train leg. We map out the entire journey, so you don’t have to juggle several separate booking apps; our team ties all the connections together for you.

Yes. Want to change a hotel room, add an extra night, or build a completely new route from scratch? Just tell us what you have in mind and we’ll handle the logistics. Call us to talk through the options.

This is our speciality. Planning a multi-stop trip yourself makes it easy to misalign flight dates or miss a connection. Our team takes on that planning so everything links up smoothly.

We offer holidays to destinations around the world, whether you want to explore one place or combine several locations into a single itinerary. Available destinations vary depending on the season.

Yes. If you’re after five-star luxury, a private villa or premium seats, our team will source the right options to fit your style and budget.

Yes, we plan multi-stop honeymoon packages regularly. Safari-and-beach combinations are especially popular, as couples can spend a week exploring the wild before switching gears to relax on a beach in the Maldives. We build the route around both experiences on a single trip.

Yes, we help solo travellers book with us. Do bear in mind that travelling solo can affect the final price. Since hotels charge per room rather than per person, your total cost depends on the specific room, cabin or flight seat you book.

Yes, we arrange plenty of family trips. We’d recommend checking the specific hotel details on our site before booking, as age limits, kids’ clubs and room layouts vary from hotel to hotel.

Whether flights are included depends on the specific holiday you choose. Check the holiday details and our terms and conditions before booking to confirm.

It varies. Some packages include airport transfers, others don’t, and you might prefer to arrange a local taxi or train yourself. Check your quote, or ask us, rather than assuming either way.

This depends on the hotel tier you choose, from a room-only basis, to bed and breakfast, to a fully inclusive package with drinks included. Check the board basis on your quote so you know exactly what’s included.

Yes, we have plenty of all-inclusive options. Check the specific package information for exactly what’s included, so there are no surprises around meals, drinks or resort activities.

You can, though hotels treat these as requests rather than guarantees. If you have a specific requirement, let us know early so we can pass it on to the hotel ahead of your arrival.

The deposit required depends on the holiday package, the suppliers involved, and the booking conditions at the time of purchase. We’ll confirm the exact amount before you complete your booking. See our terms and conditions for more detail.

Your remaining balance is due by the date shown on your booking confirmation. Payment schedules vary depending on the holiday and supplier requirements.

We email your confirmation as soon as your booking goes through, with a full breakdown of flight times, hotel vouchers and balance details. If anything looks off or you have questions, just call the team and we’ll sort it out.

Flight-inclusive package holidays booked with us are protected under the ATOL and ABTA schemes, giving you financial protection and support if a supplier is unable to deliver your holiday. Your booking documents will confirm exactly which protections apply to your booking.

If your holiday is financially protected, you may be covered if a travel company fails before or during your trip. The exact protection available depends on the arrangements included in your booking. Check your booking documents or contact us to confirm.

You may be able to change your booking, depending on your holiday arrangements, supplier conditions and departure date. Some changes may involve amendment fees or additional costs.

Yes. If you choose to cancel your holiday, you will lose the money already paid towards the holiday. Please call us as soon as you know you need to cancel, so we can check with our suppliers to see if any money can be recovered.

Name changes may be possible, depending on airline and supplier rules, and fees may apply. Contact us before making any changes.

You’ll need valid travel documentation, such as your passport, proof of reservation, and any required visas or travel permits. Exact entry requirements depend on your destination and nationality.

Yes, and it’s worth checking your passport’s expiry date before booking. Many countries refuse entry if your passport expires within six months of your return flight, so check this before choosing your travel dates to avoid being turned away at the airport.

No, we don’t handle visa applications directly. Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination, so it’s your responsibility to arrange the correct visas or electronic travel permits.

We’d strongly recommend it. If you face a medical emergency abroad, a serious flight delay, or lost luggage, a good travel insurance policy is what protects you financially. It’s worth arranging on the day you book.

Head straight to the airline desk as soon as your flight is delayed or cancelled. Airline staff are the only ones who can rebook you onto another flight. Once you have a new flight time, call our office and we’ll adjust your hotel and transfer bookings to match.

Call our office if you’d like to book a trip or amend an existing booking. Our team is available every day to help plan routes, change hotels, or answer any questions about your travel plans.
