If you’re looking things to do as a family, there’s an aquarium, city park with a winter ice rink as well as an amusement park located on the island of Djurgården. And if you have a sweet tooth, Sweden has an obsession with pick and mix known as godis which you’ll find in lots of small shops as well as supermarkets. The Swedish Museum of Natural History is another interesting place for kids and adults alike with dinosaur fossils amongst the popular exhibits.

If you want to spend your time outdoors, there’s Ribersborg Beach and Folkets Park which often plays host to events such as concerts and markets. As well as many other waterfront parks, you may want to take a stroll to Malmo’s chocolate museum where you can grab a taste of some of the local confectionery.
